Show Yourself Some Love

Kristen Self Love Journal

I bet you're like me and have heard that journaling is supposed to be calming and help ease your frazzled nerves.

I think we could all use that right now.

But the problem that I've always had with journals is I never know what to write, so I end up writing about what bothers me which sends me into a panic-induced stress spiral.

Luckily, I may have found the answer to that.

I was gifted a copy of the 'My Self-Love Daily' 30-Day Journal + Workbook and its whole job is to encourage the practice of self-love and self-care. During these tough recent weeks, the 'My Self-Love Daily' 30-Day Journal + Workbook is even more timely and needed as it can serve as a great inspirational and useful tool to encourage you to practice the art of self-love during a time where we might feel lonely or isolated.

Look, this is a weird time. There have been days I've been up, and lot of days I've been down. Some days I just want to sit in front of the television and watch Disney+ and other times I go on an "I've got to get my life together" kick. Whether you choose to be productive or to do nothing, just know that BOTH are okay. Only you know how to process something. But it is important to check in on yourself and that's what I'm doing with this journal.

Things ARE going to get better. I promise you that there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

I'm going to make the commitment to write in this journal every day for the next 30 days and then I will check in with you and tell you how I feel.

What are you going to do for your own self-care? I would love to hear your ideas in the Facebook comments.

If you want to join me and get your own My Self-Love Daily' 30-Day Journal + Workbook. You can buy it here. They also have it available in a print and PDF version if you want to get started now.
